Affordable modern homes for young families
New-generation steel-frame houses: fast, reliable and at a price you can afford.
Our mission
Arxora Group’s main goal is to make owning a home affordable for young families in Hungary.
We believe a first home should not be an unattainable dream or a lifelong mortgage. Light gauge steel framing with foam concrete-filled walls lets us build faster, more precisely and more economically than traditional methods. We pass these savings on to our clients.
What this means for a family
- Affordable price. Factory precision, minimal waste and a lighter foundation reduce construction costs.
- Clear budget. The cost estimate is known in advance, with no unexpected extras along the way.
- Moving in sooner. Housewarming in a few months, not years. Less time paying rent and a mortgage at the same time.
- Low running costs. A warm house without thermal bridges saves on heating and cooling every year.
- A home that grows with your family. The design can allow for a future extension or an additional storey.
About
Arxora Group Kft. is a Hungarian company building affordable homes for young families using light gauge steel framing (LGSF) with monolithic foam concrete-filled walls.
We work in partnership with an international manufacturer of steel framing systems with more than 15 years of experience and projects in many countries. Our partner supplies the frame kits and the technology and provides technical support. We are responsible for projects in Hungary, from design to handover.
Our path
The first homes
Together with our technology partner, we are building our first homes in Hungary and adapting the technology to local regulations and climate.
Manufacturing in Hungary
After successfully completing the first projects, we plan to open our own steel frame production in Hungary. This will shorten lead times, reduce costs and create local jobs.
New-generation light steel framing
We use the latest generation of light gauge steel framing. The whole process from design to finished component is digital, and the walls are filled with monolithic foam concrete.
- 1
3D design
The house is designed as a digital model in which every frame member is engineered.
- 2
CNC manufacturing
The model goes straight to the roll-forming line. The machine forms, cuts, punches and labels every profile automatically.
- 3
Assembly like a kit
A complete kit of numbered parts arrives on site. No cutting to fit and no welding.
- 4
Filling the walls with foam concrete
A dry mix made to a proprietary recipe is mixed on site in a mobile unit and poured into the cavities of the framed walls.
System features
- Galvanised structural steel with corrosion protection.
- Proprietary profile cross-section: greater stiffness with thinner steel.
- Robotic manufacturing and precise geometry.
- Modified foam concrete compatible with galvanised steel.
Steel frame + foam concrete wall
Our wall is not an ordinary insulated stud wall. Foam concrete fills it completely and encases the steel profile. The result is a monolithic wall at the price of a framed one.
- Warmth. Foam concrete covers the steel on all sides, so there are no thermal bridges. The house stays warm in winter and does not overheat in summer.
- Quiet. A solid, filled wall absorbs sound well, unlike lightweight stud walls.
- Strength. The wall is rigid and monolithic, so kitchen units, appliances and shelves can be hung without extra fixings.
- Fire safety. Both steel and foam concrete are non-combustible.
- Healthy indoor climate. The mineral material is breathable, emits no harmful substances, does not rot and resists mould.
Architectural freedom
A steel frame makes almost any architectural form possible. Every component is made individually for the project, so complex geometry needs no manual rework on site.

Safety and reliability
Seismic resistance. Light steel frame houses perform very well in earthquakes. The structure is light, so the seismic loads on it are much lower than on a brick or concrete house.
Steel is ductile: it bends rather than failing in a brittle way, and a frame with rigid diaphragms works as a single spatial system. The technology is widely used in earthquake-prone countries such as Japan, the United States and New Zealand. Every project we build is designed to European standards (Eurocodes).

Seismic resistance
A light, ductile frame with diagonal bracing absorbs ground vibrations and keeps its shape.
Fire resistance
Steel does not burn, and non-combustible infill and cladding further improve fire safety.
Durability
Steel does not rot, shrink or warp over time, and is not affected by insects or rodents.
Advantages
- Speed. The frame goes up in weeks, not months. Construction time is much shorter than for a traditional house.
- Precision. Factory-made from a digital model, with no fitting on site.
- Energy efficiency. Foam concrete-filled walls form a continuous warm envelope without thermal bridges and reduce heating and cooling costs.
- Light weight. The low weight of the structure means savings on the foundation.
- Transparent pricing. Material quantities are known in advance, so the budget can be planned accurately.
- Sustainability. Steel is fully recyclable, and construction waste is minimal.
Certification
Our technology partner’s building system is certified. In addition, every project in Hungary is designed to current European standards (Eurocodes) and approved in accordance with Hungarian law.
